Return & Refund Policy

Quick summary

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it and request a refund.
Because some of our products are hygiene products, returns are only accepted if the item is unused and unopened.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to all online purchases made from Dabgo.
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to this policy.

2. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must return the product within 14 days.

3. Hygiene products & sealed goods

Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain products can only be returned if they meet all of the following conditions:

• The product is unused
• The product is unopened and still sealed
• The product is in its original packaging

Opened or unsealed hygiene products cannot be returned or refunded.

4. How to request a return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

We will review your request and provide you with further return instructions if applicable.

5. Return shipping costs

Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If we are legally required to cover these costs, we will do so in accordance with EU consumer law.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund for:

• The returned item(s)
• Standard delivery costs (where required by law)

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and will be completed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at

and include photos and your order number.
